During summer, the B&B Bracun is the ideal starting point for hikes and walks, as well as for tours by bike and motorbike. We are located not far from the famous Sellaronda, which makes us the perfect accommodation for your winter holiday. Furthermore, in the surroundings there are many possibilities to go ski mountaineering and snowshoe hiking.

A cosy refuge
At Garni Bracun, we have the perfect room for everybody: no matter if a single or a double room or an apartment with kitchen for the whole family! All our rooms are furnished in a traditionally Tyrolean style and the wooden furniture creates a cosy and homey atmosphere. All our rooms have a balcony with mountain view, a bathroom with shower or bathtub, a hairdryer, and a TV. In the whole house, there is Wi-Fi, and a parking lot is at your disposal. Our residence also has an elevator.

Summer in Corvara

Your summer holiday in the Badia Valley
Corvara is located in the middle of the Dolomites, which makes it the perfect starting point for many hikes and walks surrounded by beautiful mountains. There is something for every level: from easy walks, which can be combined with the cable cars, to demanding hikes in high-alpine mountains. Directly from the Garni Bracun, you can reach the famous Sellaronda, where you will have fun hiking and biking. Also, the paragliders among you will have a great time here. Furthermore, our B&B is the perfect starting point for fixed rope routes and alpine climbing in the Dolomites. Also, in the close surroundings there are many possibilities for sport climbing. Who prefers exploring the Dolomites by motorbike, found the right destination, too: the streets leading up to mountain passes and winding their way through the Dolomites are perfect to have some fun. And the horse riders among you can get into the saddle and explore the Dolomites on the horseback. One thing is for sure, it is not going to be boring in the Badia Valley: many different activities are waiting for you!

Winter in Corvara

Ski fun at the Sellaronda
During winter, Corvara is among the most prestigious destinations for winter sports in the Dolomites. Directly from town, by cable car you can reach the skiing area Alta Badia and thus the famous Sellaronda. The Sellaronda is situated only 500m from our holiday home and you can reach it in 4 minutes by ski bus, which stops directly at our doorstep. Here, varied ski fun is guaranteed. You can ski on long, well prepared slopes and afterwards, you can recharge in one of the huts and get a hot drink or a delicious meal.
But also for the lovers of winter sports far away from crowded slopes, the Badia Valley has a lot to offer. You can find many different itineraries for snowshoe and winter hikes. Furthermore, long, untouched slopes with fresh snow are waiting to be explored while ski mountaineering. So, what are you waiting for? Are you ready for the winter of your dreams in Corvara?

A delicious breakfast in the mountains

A good start to the day
For you to start your day in the mountains in the right way, we will provide a rich breakfast. On our buffet, you will find everything you might wish for: bread with different jams, sweet pastries, yogurt and cereals, different cold cuts, and egg dishes. With it, you can get the coffee of your choice from the self-service coffee machine.

Important information for your holiday in the Dolomites
To facilitate the planning phase of your holiday, here you can find the most important information on your stay at our B&B Bracun in picturesque Corvara in the Badia Valley.

Check-In and Check-Out

On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10 a.m.

Down payment

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the reservation via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount is paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.

Animals

Domestic animals are allowed only on request and only in some rooms. Please contact us before booking to check the availability for your four-legged friend.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival (for cancellations before this deadline we will proceed to refund the amount previously paid). After that deadline (from 28 days before arrival) the cancellation will result in the loss of the deposit paid.

Travel cancellation insurance

To be covered in the case of a cancellation, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Tourist tax

Guests older than 13 need to pay a tourist tax of 3 € per night, which is not included in the room price and is paid on arrival.

Breakfast

Our rich breakfast buffet is waiting for you from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Arrival

How to find us
By car: follow the Brennero highway A22 to the exit “Brixen-Pustertal”. Then follow the state road SS49 to St. Lorenzen. Here, take the state road SS244 to Corvara.

By train: if you arrive by train, the nearest train station is in Bruneck. From there, you can take the bus, taxi, or shuttle to Corvara.

By airplane: if you arrive by plane, the nearest airports are the ones in northern Italy (Bozen, Verona, Venice, or Milan), the one in Innsbruck (Austria), or the one in Munich (Germany).
